Well, hello there. I'm Alicia Parsons, the chick behind Akimbo.

I believe design is about communication, so after five years in corporate graphic design and advertising I decided to go back to basics and focus on personal communication, pure and simple. In the form of invitations, announcements and greetings, it can give a big occasion the attention it deserves or elevate the everyday into something special. I always strive for the unconventional and find inspiration in the mundane.
