FAQ
What is the process?
Choose from our range of standard invitations or contact me to discuss a bespoke creation. Once you have accepted the quote on your chosen invitations, I will require your wording and a deposit. I will then design your invitations and send you a digital proof. You may make two rounds of revisions prior to production. Then they will arrive on your doorstep! (Get the full story here)
Can I customise the colours?
You sure can. Printed colours are virtually infinite, however keep in mind that colours of paper stock, envelopes and embellishments are limited by availability. Learn more about customisation options.
Can you match a colour?
Yep, just send me a swatch of what it is you're trying to match (eg bridesmaids' dresses) and I will do my best. Note that colours can be notoriously inaccurate when viewed on screen, so I will need the physical sample.
Can I change the wording?
Of course. This is included in the cost of all invitation design options. Just try to keep to roughly the same amount of words so that it fits!
How do you print the invitations?
I employ a variety of printing methods (digital, digital offset, screenprinting and letterpress), depending on what it most appropriate for the style, materials and budget of the job.
Do the invitations come with envelopes?
Yes, so all you have to do is stamp and post!
Can you do other printed materials as well as the invitations?
Yes, yes, yes! Save the dates, thank you notes, menus, programs, place cards, signs, favour tags, you name it.
How much does it cost?
It will be calculated based on the design, quantity, materials and printing method. I will provide a full quote upfront so you won't get any nasty surprises.
How do I pay?
All quotes and initial consultations are non-obligation and free of charge. A deposit of 50% is required upon commencement of any design work or purchasing of materials, with the balance due on completion of the job. We currently only have facilities to accept electronic transfer.
Can I have a sample?
By their very nature, all invitations are custom made on demand for each individual, so we cannot have any 'in stock' to supply as samples.
How far in advance do I need to order?
You will need to place your order no later than four months before the big day.
Can you work with my wedding planner?
Yes, I'd love to work with your planner to ensure that the stationery ties in with the rest of your day.
